Mistreatment of patients on a huge scale. Now allowing visits to patients who clearly need some care and love from families during a difficult moment in their lives. This place needs to be shut down. Horrible staff!
Very heavy handed with patients. Carers prefer playing on their phones instead of assisting with patients needs. Communication poor. Staff are not honest and the treatment my father received was unacceptable. A Cavell carer was reported by a nurse when she felt it necessary to look at photos on her phone instead of helping my father when he was asking her for help. This was after my father fell at Cavell and transferred to PCH on the same day. If he wasn't getting help when asking in the hospital, I don't beleive he had the ... read more
