My son went in with over 7 inches of hair and left with two I told the dummies in there to trim him up no more than two inches off the top. He has scars on the sides of his head from a surgery when he was little and now they are fully visible when I asked them to do a 4 guard and fade it up. I've been going here for quite a while, but will have to find another shop. They've really fallen off. Saturday wait times are regularly 2 hours. Unfortunate.
