First time today, Tarsha provided me with an excellent cut! Best fade I've had in a long time! She did not talk (tried to sang a little), wasn't distracted while cutting my hair. She used a comb to trim long hairs after first cut. Nice warm towel used before shaving neck. She was very clear how and what I needed to do to setup next appointment and when she was available. Overall, very professional experience...
