Great gym for strength training with really solid teaching from a coach with tons of lifting knowledge and experience
Very experienced coach who will do his best to make you stronger.
I have been training with this gym since 2008. I have NO reason why I should consider anywhere else, other than here. One on one coaching, great tips and advice on training, and a peaceful setting for training!
