I love the Cav Middletown! The workouts are fun and the coaches make it flexible for any skill level! Would highly recommend!!
Visited CAV today for the first time and I absolutely LOVED it. I am a former college athlete and this gym was the closest experience I’ve had to working out with a team since graduating. I loved the mix of HIIT and strength training. The workout was challenging yet fun and everyone there is so welcoming and motivating. 11/10 recommend giving them a try!
Wow! Annie was the best instructor, and everyone was friendly. Had the best time at my first class. 10/10 would recommend
