This gym has the most amazing community and you get a great workout in too! They’re so supportive and will meet you where you’re at in your fitness journey. Whether you’ve never stepped in a gym before or have been lifting weights for years this is the place to be. Cant recommend this place enough!
Fun workout! It’s more than a gym- it’s a family and everyone supports everyone and cheers each other on. Very motivating!
The CAV has brought me out of my shell so much and I’ve met the best people. They’ve become a family to me, where everyone is so supportive and never fails to offer help if you need it. So grateful for this community!! 🤍
This is definitely not just a gym. The people who attend are incredible, the coaches are so encouraging and know how to push you, the equipment is top notch and I am so very glad to have found The Cav. I moved back to Louisville 1 1/2 yrs ago and found The Cav. I have never looked back and I’m in better shape now in my fifties than I ever was in my younger years. Thank you for serving the community so well !!
