Highly recommended! I have loved this gym since day one! Group fitness, coupled with heavy lifting in a safe and welcoming environment. Every coach is knowledgeable and encouraging. I recently suffered a hand injury and was able to still come in 4-5 days a week because every coach was able to modify the moves for me so I still targeted the same muscle group without losing my progress.
