This gym is absolutely top-notch! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the positive and welcoming energy. The facility is clean! The coaches are always friendly and motivating. The workouts push me to my limits in the best way possible, and I leave every workout feeling stronger! If you're looking for a gym that keeps you accountable, makes you feel welcome, and delivers results, this is the place to be!

THE CAV is hands down the best place to workout. They have fun and challenging workouts and the best environment. The gym is clean, the coaches are knowledgeable, and the people working out next to you become like family. They have a great mix of cardio and strength training. I have never felt so comfortable and excited to work out.

Everyone here is so welcoming and encouraging no matter where you start on your fitness journey. The coaches are amazing and so knowledgeable. The gym is clean and well kept. The workouts will challenge you and get you to your goals all while having fun!

The CAV Fern Creek is my home away from home! Saturday morning workouts with Emilia, Dasha and Rachel are just what I need to get my weekend going. I'm so appreciative of these ladies' knowledge and encouragement. If you're looking for a supportive group workout environment packed with girl power, this is just what you need!
