I took a 1yr old male feral cat to the emergency clinic where he bad to have 3 surgical procedures performed the vet at the emerg clinic inserted a bladder catheter so he could urinate till the swelling an inflamation went down and said he had a 50% chance of survival as he was young then transfered him to this clinic for followup care and continued hoslitilization unfortunately agajnst my wishes and arguments the vet Dr. Leavy removed the catheter and refused to keep him at the clinic due to him being feral even though he w... read more
Under new ownership staff rude and not friendly like before. My mom and I were long standing clients as we have taken in many feral cats over the years and used them for vet care of the cats we brought inside but now they refuse to see any new ferals we try to bring in for treatment stating they don't treat ferals anymore. A vet is like a mecical doctor only for animals and takes an oath to treat.
Under newownership not the same. Refuses to treat feral cats. Does not honor emergency clinic transfer for continued hospital care. Former client who will not use them again nor reccomend them.
All cat's Lovers, just avoid this office . Not too much attention for your cat's condition. Cat loose weight, has blood shows he has cancer, but vet Kendra Levi didn't see no any problem and no any treatments provided. They broke up my baby leg while did shot 😪. My cat got only one dose of prednisolone and passed away momentarily, in one minute I loose my lovely baby. 😭💔💔💔😿😿😫😫😫🖤🖤
