Decides to try this place for a work trip. Hotel was reasonably cleaned and sanitary, however customer service was very lacking. Check-in was fine (there was someone at the counter), but on check out there was no one at the front and they clearly depend on remote operators to facilitate the transactions (there' a separate terminal next to the front desk). To be honest, I was a bit nervous when booking this hotel. With the open layout of the building and staff not manning the desk at night I wasn't sure if it would be a good fit for me. I liked that it felt liked the vintage hotel layout. The room was modern, clean, and the bed was nice. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time I was there, which is huge for girl who often travels on her own. Staff was always very friendly. Would stay again if in the area

房源的櫃檯是沒有人的，虛擬櫃檯也不是隨時都會開放，常常找不到人。 房間報到後會列印出密碼，但不知道為什麼我拿到的密碼根本無法使用，最終還是找了清潔人員幫忙才把門打開。 飯店的預訂頁面上並沒有限制洗衣烘衣的時間，白天我們根本沒時間可以處理衣服，飯店經理的態度非常差，時間到就把門鎖起來，很像我們做錯了事情一樣，所以建議當作沒有這項設施。 另外飯店根本沒有空間可以有營火，完全不會用到，行銷上有點騙人。
