Work put me up in this place for a work trip. Arrived after hours since we got out late from our meeting. Called the number on the door and was let inside within a few seconds. Here's where it gets funky. There was nobody inside the lobby. I walk to the desk and there's this woman waving at me... On a screen. She's at home working, and checking me in and getting me all set up. From home. It was bizarre but pretty cool. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Get to the room and we get room 117. This is a motel. Not a hotel. The rooms are humid and not clean. The bathroom has not been mopped in either of our rooms since they were installed. There was blood in one shower and mold in the other. The bathroom sink is not secured to the wall. The furniture is very dirty and stained. I requested additional bedding but nothing was available. Additional water use the tap was told if I want more I can book additional night stays. I will never stay here again and will be notifying my employer that this is a falsly advertised ... read more

What a FIND! Under a $100 one day and about $120 other days. This when every other place was twice to 20 times as much. I’m not kidding. Saw a San Jose downtown hotel for $6k a night!! The. Caterina may look like a motel but you’ll see it is completely modernized. I got a microwave, fridge. Everything is clean. Neighborhood is not sketch. Restaurant in walking distance. The remote desk clerk is a trip. He was in Columbia (yes the country) and able to efficiently check me in. As friendly as any physical desk clerk.

El lugar es hermoso la localidad excelente! Las habitaciones super limpias, las camas suaves y propicio para descansar. Los baños un poco frios asegurate llevarte slippers pues los pisos son frios. El personal muy atento y la convinacion de la tecnología y el servicio excelente.
