Helen, and her team of Lains, Frances, Jean, Lonna and Brittney are lifesavers. They are all experts, kind and caring professionals. The 9-week Pulmonary Rehabilitation program is a must for anyone who has COPD. I wish there was a chair exercise class available for COPD patients.
Lains is an amazing instructor and I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to have joined this program . I am now participating in Exercise is medicine downstairs . Really caring staff
I was recently diagnosed with COPD. I know what it is and what caused it but not how to live with it. My only education was Google. I am so thankful that I was able to attend the Catherine Yardley Pulmonary Center. During the 8 week course I learned how to take care of myself, both physically and mentally. Every therapist was well educated and kind. COPD carries a stigma most of the time but not at the pulmonary center.
