Came here a second time thanks to Kelly; she’s a great professional who really takes care of the spa and the clients. If you need something or have concerns you can ask her and she’s very friendly . The masseuse were also very professional and communicative. They do have add ons if you need them. There is a sauna and steam room right next to each other. Fits about 6 ladies. 3 showers. 3 toilets. I went here for my birthday because I wanted to treat myself and get work done on my back. I was well taken care of by my massage therapist Mario, by the manager on duty Kelly who was super helpful, kind, as well as sweet and the person who helped me check out was very nice too. The facility was gorgeous and the hotel overall is spectacular. I highly recommend this spa and this resort. I look forward to when I can do a staycation here. Thank you!!
Absolute TRASH masseuses and spa. The masseuse kept massaging the bed; and the pressure was absent. She would tap me… it was awkward. She was also sick and kept sniffling and blowing her nose every 10-15 seconds. When I turned over on my back I could smell the alcohol/medicine on her breath. Very unrelaxing. Hi, I was there about 4-5 weeks ago, I have been saving a gift card for a long time waiting for the right time to use it. I was very vocal when I called in to make the appointment, asking for someone with a lot of experience to make sure I received what I needed. The gentleman I was booked with had been there many years so I was very excited for the experience. Love this place. This is our second time here. The first time was last year when we got married at this resort and even some of the staff remembered us which I found amazing since I know they see thousands of people. I recommend staying here, everything you need is in walking distance and if not it’s about a 10-15 minute drive
