Shortly after the Cat Rental Store delivered a lift for one of our jobs, it had to be postponed without warning due to the manager being notified of a possible Covid-19 exposure on site. The CRS promptly picked up the lift, and then without even being asked they refunded us in full for the rental, delivery and pickup fees. Words cannot express how grateful we are for such understanding in these unprecedented times.
