I wouldn't recommend coming here. They charge more than other clinics and the vet is not very kind. She is very demeaning when explaining things and I don't feel comfortable returning. Based on all the other poor reviews , the clinic will defend themselves and not own up to their errors, so I'm expecting that response. As knowledgeable as one may be, customer service and basic human kindness goes a long way.
Dr. Long and her team are the only veterinary option we choose for our cats. Have been going there for years. Extremely professional, and they truly care about the well-being of your cats.
I’ve been seeing Dr.long since I fostered with all paws and also when I got Cats of my own. We do our initial shots and checks in and then I really don’t bring them in unless something is wrong. We recently moved an hour away and my little one got sick. I debated and debated on bringing them somewhere closer to home and we have a vet right across the street from me now.
