I have been taking my min pin Brandi to Dr Long for the last 5 years. When we first went to see her Brandi was very ill. We were at a loss on how to help her. Dr Long was kind and patient with us. Took the time to investigate and help our dog and find the right mix of medication to keep her stable. They have been very kind to us as we are seniors and help accommodate us when we come to visit them. We are thankful for there advice and kindness to our dog. Our visit to the Cat Hospital started off with a simple phone call and on the other line we were greeted with one of the most compassionate, caring, and understanding frontline staff member Sam. He was gentle and understanding of how upset and scared I was with our sick little fur baby and even though it was close to closing time we were still welcomed to bring our Leo in to be looked at, and upon arrival we received the same courtesy, empathy and kindness.
