I took my two semi feral barn cats to them for a dematting and shots. I was ready for a knock down drag out fight with these cats as they were not handled much until I bought their barn (they came with it). As I opened the carrier in the exam room the calm atmosphere, gentle vet tech and doctor put my cats at ease and made the whole experience amazingly relaxed. Brought in Alfie and Ollie today for a wellness and vaccinations appointment and I can not stress enough how awesome the entire staff was! The vet tech and vet were incredibly kind and gentle with both of the boys. I felt like they listened to my concerns about their history with illness and we came up with a solid game plan going forward. Thank you all so much for welcoming us to your clinic and making the experience a positive one!
