My cat is a new patient here. Dr. Hotz and her staff are great! I know my girl is in good hands.
Nurse Anne, Dr. hotz and their teams are amazing! Incredibly compassionate, thoughtful, and understanding. Our cat need extensive dental surgery, the office worked with us and our financial situation to make sure our kitty got the care he needed. We are grateful for the work this office does. Thank you
Ann was rude before I could finish my sentence she cut me off and said No No. Don't know if she was having a bad day but I didn't even feel like asking a second question. I learned. If they are rude to you at the front desk it will continue down the line. My search will continue just not with them
