Didn't realize it was located within a vet clinic, so I literally stumbled on the place when I went in to ask for directions. The people at the front desk were all very friendly. Susan and the doctor were so kind and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and putting me at ease. Susan called me every day to give me updates on my cat's condition. The discharge papers chronically spelled out everything I would need to do once home.
I am so grateful to the Cat Company. My cat could not take the oral or transdermal methimazole. It made him throw up all the time. I made the call to the Cat Company and they explained everything in detail. I must note that you NEED to follow their directions about when to take your cat off the thyroid medication before the procedure. They need to know your cats T4 level without the help of the medication so they can taylor the dosage of the iodine treatment to your cats levels.
