There are so many things to love about the cat clinic. It’s a peaceful, quiet space, excellent for making the experience as anxiety-free as possible for cats (and their humans!). The reception team are very friendly and welcoming. I was also really impressed with the range of excellent cat products and food they had. What was also fabulous was all of the information about how they use AI to assist with transcribing - something that is so frequently used these days but often ambiguously explained. Highly recommend 🐈⬛
The Cat Clinic is the only vet I trust with my beloved cat. He's been going there for years, and I've only ever received the best care from all the staff there. They always go above and beyond - I even received photo updates while my cat was admitted to hospital. Thank you for being so kind and professional while taking care of my boy ❤️
