Amazing, AMAZING crew! Susan was so much fun to work with! 💕🎂😍 and she helped us so much and accommodated every single need and was always on time and on schedule! She is amazing at what she does and we loved the whole atmosphere of the “Castle” theme! We signed our contract within minutes of seeing the antique gallery and venue! Susan is complete bully, and had the audacity to call me on my Honeymoon to harass us for more money cause apparently we didn't tip enough to her liking. She gave us 1 assistant, who wasn't very attentive. Everything else we did ourselves and family. My wife and I are on a very fixed budget which Susan knew when we went to her and we funded this almost completely on our own. Im a baker, Im not rich. But after she got our deposit, she treated us all quite poorly and she lied about the capacity of the venue as well. I hate my ... read more

My husband and I celebrated our 60th birthdays with a party at The Castle. The venue is very interesting and unique -- adding character to our "Vintage" birthday! The owner, Susan, and the manager, Jackie, were very accommodating and easy to work with. (Jackie, especially, helped me a lot and was fun, too!) The other hostess who worked the day-of was also nice and efficient. We had good catering and bar service (which were recommended by Susan, but also from other local sources).
