Always had an amazing service here. Can't complain one bit
The staff and doctors are lovely and as helpful as they can be. The system works really well that they have in place and I can always get an a triage appt . Can’t fault them.
Worst service, specially the receptionist.
Most of the receptionists are polite and helpful, especially Debbie, nothing is ever to much for her. One of the receptionists however is so rude, she is unhelpful and talks down to people, hence why only 3 stars. I actually told her once that when people aren't feeling well they need support not someone who thinks they are better than them. I know a few people that have complained about her but it seems nobody cares enough to have words with her.
Today I had staples removed at The Castle Practice Tidworth Very efficiently removed with no discomfort to me Everything explained to me,was the best thing we ever did moving to both the castle practices at luggershall and tidworth
