This gym has everything you could ever want. I enjoyed my first workout . The staff members were very nice and professional. I am looking forward to going back

You just can't help but love Randy and his wife who own and run this gym. The trainers and members are really friendly and willing to help you at anytime. So if you serious and need some motivation. This is the gym for you.
I’ve had an absolutely incredible experience at Metro flex I joined a month ago and have consistently been going for the past four weeks. The crowd is absolutely stunning. Everyone is pushing each other to work harder not to mention the staff is absolutely incredible. Especially the main staff worker Trey is there every single day and is willing to help you out in every single way possible, not only does he manage the front desk but he also offers hospitality in anyway you can imagine .
