Man I loved this gym back in the day but went back first time today after moving away for 7 years and met maybe the worst human being on the planet. (Garret) maybe a trainer but if the way he acted today is the new culture I don’t recommend and will never be back. I wish the owners all the best cuse they are great people but what a genuinely horrible sad dude.

If you like a real workout place, gritty and grimy, you'll love it here. No smith machines. All free weight. They got different classes as well and a guy buy the front that makes smoothies for you.
