I went through a long child custody and support case and Mr. Naylor was my lawyer. When I say this was a disaster I am being nice. He did nothing to help me out the whole time. I was providing every document possible and figuring out things because he was just going with the flow. All the evidence I showed him, he did absolutely nothing. I witnessed Joe Peterson represented my family member and he was a huge disappointment. I had the opportunity to see him during trial on multiple occasions and he was nervous, intimidated by the opposing party, and very unprepared to properly represent his client. Spent two years in court preceding for divorce, custody ect. And Mr peterson was my one lawyer through it all. He is stern and principled, and even though I was the father he managed to help me secure primary custody when the most expensive lawyer in town said " unless your ex wife is cooking meth in her appartment with your daughter, you're not getting primary custody".
