Had an issue, the manager helped to make it right. If you have any problems, make sure to ask to speak with Don. The other managers weren't helpful.
The Castle is the place to go for beautiful jewelry at a great price! Andrew went above and beyond to help me, he was so knowledgeable and kind! Andrew respected by budget and found me a beautiful Diamond ring in my price range. I love the ring and will definitely go back and see Andrew in the future!

Their payouts on buying gold are terrible--find a reputable online place that publishes their payout rates instead. If you can wait a couple of days to get paid, it's certainly worth it (you could likely get 50-100% more money). Plus, if you pawn here, be prepared to get charged any and every extra fee they can come up with--they'll even give you a due date for a day they aren't open, then charge you extra interest when you show up the next day they're open to pay...ridiculous!
