Had a battery replaced on an expensive Swiss watch. There were issues getting the back off, but they wouldn’t quit until they got it taken care of. Great service! It reminds me of years ago when people knew they were in business and they cared for their customers. Every person I’ve dealt with there has been extremely helpful.
