My experience with this company was ok the first time but the following were horrible. One time they lost my original molds for unique and valuable items for antique restoration. Secondly, they lost or destroyed the antique items costing me thousands of dollars. Another time they cast a large and expensive order in the wrong type of sterling. Horrible customer service. Closed my account and told them in advance as I am transitioning into a new entity. Provided strong references and they never even verified them.
Three stars really describes this business. They can be very good at what they do, but at the same time they are lacking in customer service, regularly delay orders, forget to submit changes, and flat out ignore emails. Too many times I have found they forgot to submit a CAD change resulting in a 7 day wait, or I ask a question they don't want to address so my email just gets ignored.
I've worked with them for multiple projects and they've never failed to disappoint with really great workmanship! You get what you pay for- timeliness and high quality for peace of mind.
My order went to them through Jared. Horrible service as they only work via email with the jeweler and not the actual customer. They don't even know how to make rings with skinny band or design a ring from an actual image that exists online...even a child can redraw something...takes a week to respond to email. In 21st century no company should take A WEEK to respond to inquiries and requests.
