This company is horrific and conduct themselves in an appalling manner. I have had terrible experiences with them. We own are unit, and have for a long time, so are unfortunately tied to them, otherwise would never give them our business after having dealt with them. It took four months for them to approve and repair a sewer pipe leak in my basement. Bad. Routinely ignores customer calls and emails, they have to be contacted repeatedly before they'll respond. When they do respond to concerns or questions they're evasive and information has to be pulled out of their reps piece-by-piece. If there is a problem it's common for them to blame or criticize the owner of the condo. Walk-throughs of property are minimal. Parking lots aren't maintained well, in 14 years I've never seen ours sealed or restriped, the same potholes and broken pavement remain. Had to argue with them ab... read more
