After repeatedly requesting that they stop CC’ing an email address I had removed from DPS for privacy reasons—and even citing a legal document—they continued to do so. Despite my continuous requests for them to remove it from their system, they only responded with urgency once I escalated the request of a manager. This was my 5th military move, and it was by far the worst. I wish I had paid more attention to the negative reviews before using this company. From the start, I had to chase them down to schedule anything, as they never reached out. I made several calls asking for updates, but was met with either no response or very vague ones. 23 years of service with 6 PCS’s and this is absolutely the worst company I’ve ever had handle my move. I’ve made numerous phone calls to get the status of my shipment and all I got were lies. First I was told that Cartwright was waiting on Lincoln moving company to pick up my items and transport to their warehouse. When I call a week later Cartwright said that only half of my shipment was picked up and they were waiting for the rest to arrive in Washington still. This took 2 weeks. I’ve been getting the run around from them for the last few weeks about my HHG pick up, today was my drop off. The guys pretty much left my stuff all packed up, nothing assembled. I can’t put my bed down right now cause there’s so many boxes. Everyone make sure to call quality assurance with whatever base you are at and let them know
