Not an angel in my book. Nothing heaven sent about them. October 5, 2010, I ordered three cartridges on line and within minutes I had an email from the owner thanking me for my order. The cartridges arrived, shipped to my boss' house, and she tried two of the three cartridges before giving up. The print was very light on one and didn't work at all on the other.
