I had an awful experience with the “owner” or who ever GARREN SMALLS is! He claims his ability to “get women” is far more important than being healthy and women are “chubby chasers”. Not sure why he volunteered this information to me as he was inquiring about some holistic health supplements. He then proceeded to say he owns all these medical centers and then began to degrade me. I would never step foot on one of his facilities knowing the person in charge of this is a DOG and very RUDE.
Words can not express how much The Carter Treatment Center did for me on my road to recovery. They jumped started my growth and ability to live life without alcohol. I can’t thank the staff enough for giving me the gift of helping me find a better me. They believed in me when I didn’t. They showed me I could when I couldn’t.
