Great steaks and the prime rib last night was perfect. Outstanding service, wonderful people and historical venue.
I cannot say enough about how welcoming and hospitable Roxie was to my group. The Carter house wasn't open but she saw us wandering the streets of Vanceburg and brought us to the roof top to enjoy great conversations, drinks, and local pub fare (the only place open in town that night). She made a relatively uneventful night into a very memorable one. We hope to come back sooner than planned and will contact Roxie to book a dinner in advance.
This was a fantastic place. Service and food was excellent.
You really just can not go wrong here everything we've had has been perfectly delicious, friendly service, & a beautiful venue
