I really appreciate Ms Latasha and all her help! I have been struggling for 2 weeks trying to get something accomplished and I was finally blessed to get her on the phone and she took care of everything for me. And she called me back like she promised to let me know it was taken care of. We need more people in these offices like her! Thank you so much !
The women here at this facility make sure patients are seen expeditiously making sure their care is their number one priority! They take care of each other and the patients!
... Today the devil tried to jump in and steal my joy, but with the help of My God & the staff at the CC and most of all Mrs. LATASHA from the Lumberton office he was defeated and WIN once again. She took out of her schedule today and called me personally to get me thru and help me to maintain my sobriety. I'm almost 7 months clean and I'm so thankful to you guys. I recently visited the Carter Clinic at the Barrett Drive location in Raleigh for my second appointment on February 7th. Unfortunately, there were issues with my medication—specifically, a prior authorization hold, and the prescription being sent to the wrong pharmacy.
