They treat us like humans some.of the persanel have been where we are now kinda like family Mr Earl and his wife are blessing great addition to team.
This place is amazing, they actually care about what you are struggling with and offer great help. And you can always contact them in between appointments if you need to talk or are struggling. I've only ever had one other place who cares like the people. Seriously, if you are nervous, skeptical or hesitant, give these people a chance. You'll see and agree, THEY DO CARE!!!!! Thank you so much for all of your previous and continuous help!
The staff here is incredibly helpful, they do some zoom psychiatry and I believe some in office stuff, but regardless of that the doctor that I saw was phenomenal and extremely helpful, she went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. The receptionist, Danielle I believe was her name, was incredibly helpful and even messaged me ahead of time so that I could get all of my paperwork done before I even got to my first visit, she was extremely happy and helpful and she went out of her way to ensure I had all of the knowledge... read more
I’ve had an overall great experience. Danielle has been super helpful and has always been great about helping me with everything! And I also love that I can do my appointments over telehealth!
The Carter Clinic is hands down the best mental health facility I've ever been to! Danielle is one of the best staff members I've came in contact with. She cares she listens to what you have to say and if there is an issue she makes sure it's taken care of right then. She is amazing. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!
