Fayetteville Clinic sucks. Staff is lazy, they have attitudes and act like they don’t even wanna do their job. Don’t even get me started on the doctors or PAs they have. It’s a Suboxone clinic not a mental health facility. Do not go there if you were seeking mental health assistance please find somewhere else.
HORRIBLE horrible experience! Had a virtual visit scheduled for my daughter they sent a link with no passcode. Called the office waited on hold for them to pick up and ask me to hold. Then got transferred to the office that was where the provider is to reach a voicemail saying no one was available and ended the call. Called back again got the passcode from Danielle waited in the waiting room for Nicole Blue who's zoom name is Nikki Nikki for 30 minutes called back got Danielle again let her know I was in the waiting room. Latosha in the Lumberton office is amazing. She resolved my issue quickly and was very professional. I enjoyed working and talking with her. She was smart fast and friendly.

The front desk manager at lumberton was amazing. She handled the rescheduling problem quickly and got me seen immediately. Very polite and professional!!!!!!!! Highly recommended this clinic.
