This place used to be awful. I have been going for years. It's amazing now!!! Short wait times, we can even come inside the building now. Staff is NOW wonderful!!!!!! Doctors have always been awesome
So I called in to see what services were being offered and the receptionist (latrice) was so helpful she explained everything to me in a calm manner and I honestly dislike that I’m in the Raleigh area I wish I was closer to the Wilmington location because she is so helpful!!!
I’d first like to say the receptionist was absolutely lovely and very welcoming! She was genuinely the only part of my visit I enjoyed. The Dr, however, not so much. I had an appointment at 8:40 this morning, which I arrived 5 minutes early for and the Dr I was supposed to see arrived at about 8:53. She walked in and ignored me even though I was the only person in the waiting room and obviously her patient. Oh well, maybe she’s just distracted or something happened to make her so late. Eight years I've been with this group and the trajectory of my life has been completely turned around. I couldn't have done it without Dr. Gerry, Trina, and the Carter Clinic. Always optimistic, motivational, considerate, and always kind. Thank you.
My first appointment was canceled. My second appointment gave me someone who couldn’t prescribe. Now my third appointment was canceled. This is a horrible company.
