Our electric golf cart totally broke down in the middle of the street this weekend in Rockport. The brakes were locked so we couldn’t push or tow it. I called to request service and the man who answered the phone said they were unable until Tuesday but he took the time to walk me through his suspected solution to unlock the brakes. It worked after we had been trying for a hour! Nobody else had been able to help us so we really appreciated it!
Heard good things, sadly not good for me. Called 2x. Was told I would get a text back on monthly rental rates. Nothing. Ghosted. Emailed 2x. No reply. Here May til Feb. Calling elsewhere
Very professional. He had the parts on hand and verified the symptoms of the problem that would fix it. Also, he explained the procedure for installation ⁶
Well, it's the best cart store in South tx . Great people, the owners are amazing and are great friends
I took my 2009 EZ-GO in for repair, (starting issue) and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I am pleased with the result and what they charged me. A big shout out to Josh for a great job!
