This is my second time staying at this hotel, with my first visit being in 2024. Once again, I was impressed by how clean and well-organized the rooms are. It's great to see that the hotel has maintained its high standards over the years. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
I find it completely unacceptable the way this place is being cleaned. I arrived at the plaza hotel at around 12AM after a long drive and reserved the luxury room out of all the others. Once I got situated for the night I realized there was a black speck on the ground and it turned out to be a bug. Then I proceeded to search my room and found another SIX BUGS behind the couch.
