Don’t let the fancy photos fool you. This is not a 4-star hotel – it’s a motel, and a 3-star one at best. For $200 a night, every room faces a car park, with cars parked just inches from your front door. Any illusion of a boutique hotel disappears the moment you walk around the back. Was checking out this morning when the woman behind the front desk went off at one of the room staff. The way she spoke was a disgrace to herself and the owner of this hotel should fire her for making this staff member end up in tears . The fact she even spoke the way she did to a staff member or the fact she did this infront of customers is a total disgrace. My room was 5star but after seeing this I would prefer to make it neg 5star due to the front desk. Food was great from the chef and team but the front of house is below... read more
Room had strong smell of carpet cleaner. Overwhelmingly so. Bathroom had no ventilation. 3 stars if I was rating it as a motel, which it was. Though it’s advertised as a hotel. All rooms face onto carpark, with cars parked half a meter from your door. Fridge not turned on on arrival. It’s had a facelift but underneath and the experience of it is a 2.5 star motel. For a hotel it’s 1.5 star.
Best place in shepparton, the breakfast is amazing i don't know why some people don't like the food😔 lunch was even better. unfortunately I didnt get to have dinner, but that's OK.
