What i really like about Bill's shop is that he, and his staff people like Bud, lean towards "mending" rather than just automatically going for new parts like most body repair places do. They're there when i need them to look over the damage and help me figure out how to negotiate a really good repair at the lowest cost -- AND how to work with all the insurance paper work. Plus, no big long delays. I've been depending on Bill for 2 different cars now over the years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else to find out what to do next... read more
