Don't let them make you pay for extra – I enjoyed my facial but I asked for the spa week special. The woman did an extraction at the end (which took less than 5 minutes) and they made me pay full price. I made it clear when I booked the appointment and when I got there that I wanted the facial featured for spa week and they tricked me into paying more.
