I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and management at Carriage House. Their kindness and caring is readily apparent in all their interactions with both residents and their families. The meal options are varied and top notch. The team does everything possible to ensure residents are well cared for and happy. Highly recommend!

I was an employee until I was FIRED over the phone. I went to the washroom. I had to ask for permission from the nurse and PSW. Then it was turned around saying that I left the front area unattended. It was the end of dinner and it had more than 30 people around. They TRIED to put blame on me because another resident had tried to talk out 3 times earlier that day. Management and his team of puppet are the worst experience that I have been involved with. NO transparency, and NO communications.

My father was in Residence thru the whole Covid experience. Staff here were outstanding. Dad was cared for well by all levels of staff. Nursing staff looked after him like family! I was kept imformed of all changes that were happening during his stay. It is a small operation with a big heart. Thank you all!! Ron
