Terrible place to live This place is dump, period. I moved in Nov 2009 when there were different people running the place and it's gone waaaaay downhill since then. Trash is always backed up, dog crap everywhere, carpets are stinky & stained. I could go on forever. The worst part is the place flooded about a month ago on my floor and they handled it about as bad as it could be handled. Horrible Place to Live We lived in this complex for one year, and we couldn't wait to get out. The apartment didn't have A/C, which normally isn't such a big deal, but the living room was absolutely unbearable on hot days. The complex has a huge bug problem, including ants, termites, spiders and wasps. We had to watch our dog's food constantly, because it would be devoured by ants otherwise. Harbor Greens is the worst possible place you could ever live. I have lived in dozens of apartments over the years, and this is by far the absolute worst I have ever experienced. I have gone so far as to end my lease early to get out of this miserable place. All the management cares about is their 97% occupancy (i.e. MONEY) so they will never evict tenants regardless of their behavior. Great Experience Have lived here for over a year & my time here has been great! The office staff is super friendly & helpful every time I go into the office, they always go above & beyond! It's also in a really convenient location. Walking distance to Target, a short drive to downtown (no freeways necessary), but it's far enough out to feel safe & keep prices down. Overall, fantastic experience!
Don't do it to yourself Rude management, rude emergency maintenance staff, unsustainable billing practices. Property management place a fog light shining directly into both of my bedroom windows and my patio door. I would never recommend anyone come live in this place. You are better off elsewhere, or on the corner.
NOISY if your not on top floor If you dont live on top floor you are doom to rooming shaking noise of people above you. I have lived in apts my whole life and have never lived in a place where people walking around in apt above you literally jolts the apt and shakes your TV stand. Its awful. I have been here 4 months and I cant believe I have to live here for the remainder of the lease.
