Don't rent here! The management staff is rude and unfriendly once you move in. They'll do what it takes to get you to rent but after that the game changes. The maintenance staff is a joke - we went two weeks in July with no A/C! When we moved out we paid what we owed and got a receipt and they STILL turned us over to collections for non-payment and it took us 6 months to get them to admit they were wrong and reverse it. Bottom line - go somewhere else and save yourself a lot of trouble and money.

Great Experience Have lived here for over a year & my time here has been great! The office staff is super friendly & helpful every time I go into the office, they always go above & beyond! It's also in a really convenient location. Walking distance to Target, a short drive to downtown (no freeways necessary), but it's far enough out to feel safe & keep prices down. Overall, fantastic experience!
SEVERAL THEFTS LAWSUIT PENDING INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT Regardless of several thefts and vadalisms over the years, management has done NOTHING to solve the problem. The owners are too cheap to install cameras, and they even bribed a tenant with a month's worth of rent to not talk. It's WAY over priced even though they claim to be competitive. Tenants are intermingled with section 8 housing and people who illegally occupy the apartments. LAWSUIT PENDING
A Beautiful View You get what you pay for and at Almaden Lake Village the view is worth every penny. The grounds are well maintained and it's a great place to live. Many shopping conveniences are close by.
Should be ZERO stars They wow you upfront with a friendly salesperson, a beautiful lobby. Once you sign its all downhill. Trash overflowing and not removed on weekends. Staff treats you with no respect. Dog crap everywhere. Building flooded and all they did was dry carpets and walls with fans. Building smells like mold and mildew on hot or humid days from the flood. Do Not Waste Your Money!!! Canton is great, but the Domain is a terrible place to stay. The apartments are cool looking, but thats about it. The units are extremely inneficient. My windows leak and let in water. I have about 10 minutes to take a shower before the hot water turns ice cold. My apartment is extremely hot all the time. My air conditioner will run 24hrs a day if I let it, and the apartment will not get any cooler than 76 degrees. This gets pretty frustrating considering it costs 1700 bucks a month to rent here. Excellent, ignore bad reviews, they don't know what they are talking about Everything about my experience at Domain Brewers Hill was first class. The staff is incredibly helpful, maintenance is minimal and quick to respond, the building and courtyards are impeccably kept and all of the residents I met during my stay were friendly. Upscale, Luxury Destination Domain Brewers Hill defines luxury living in Baltimore. It looks like an upscale hotel. The special details such as the stone floors and tiling in the bathrooms, the built-in desk/shelving, and hardwood floors create an impressive living space. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We have lived here for two months and have already enjoyed two events to meet our neighbors - the people are great.
