Prompt, thorough and courteous
Cleanest, best smelling oil change place with friendly employees. Waiting room is well stocked with coffee, water, coloring books and crayons. Nice place.
I recently visited The Carr Shop for an oil change, and while the service was quick and smooth, I ran into some issues just two days later. My car's oil pressure light came on, indicating an oil leak. Naturally, I was concerned that something had gone wrong with the recent oil change. I brought my car back to the shop, and to my relief, Jordan immediately took responsibility for the problem. He reassured me that he would make it right.
