I almost always do all my own car work, but I didn't have time to replace a strut before my inspection was due so I took my 2013 Sorento over to Jesse to get it fixed. He explained all the potential costs that may arise while replacing the strut, gave me options for which strut to use (OEM, 3rd party, etc.), and had incredibly reasonable pricing for a strut replacement. Unprofessional only wants cash but doesn't tell you that when you make an appointment. No receipt for payment of cash. No paperwork of work done or work needed.
It's a small shop with a bit of a rough feel but they gave clear, useful information and charged reasonable rates
I had an excellent experience at The Carr Garage. They were able to thoroughly diagnose everything that was wrong with my vehicle, and clearly communicate to me what the issues were. They are professional and fair. Would highly recommend.
I have been bringing my vehicle to The Carr Garage for years, and I brought my newly licensed son’s vehicle there as well. I expressed that my son is a new driver and I want his car to be as safe as possible, I feel confident that they genuinely care if our cars are safe and reliable! The services have always been great and priced very fairly. Customer service has been great also! I’m glad I can bring our cars in and know that we’re in good hands.
