These guys hooked me up! I'm glad Wal-Mart would not do what I asked, so I found this shop. Saturday afternoon and I'm trying to change tires on my utility trailer. Yes, I know, a simple job, usually. I wrestled with one wheel for an hour. Quick Google search, and was surprised they're open on a Saturday afternoon. I spoke with Jessie and he said they could get it today, and to drop it off. I ran it over to the shop and Ryan stepped out took five minutes and got me on my way! Good people, and Great Service! I'll be back.
When my wife broke down on a business trip, I trusted The Carr Garage to take care of her. What an expensive mistake. Two other shops have verified that this should have been a $160 - $220 same day fix. She was charged $850, paypal only and no receipt. This was not a rush job as they had it for 5 days. There was no offer of a ride to the nearest car rental business. When questioned about the amount on the bill, there was a curt and menacing explanation and it was clear that they just wanted her to leave.
The team in this shop goes above and beyond to serve their customers. Weekends are by appointment only but between them, they arranged for someone to come in on short notice and provide a vehicle inspection. Then I learned that Donald is a ASE Master Technician and has 15 years of experience and I feel confident that this is one of the few shops in a very large radius I can trust to work on my Alfa Romeo, when many shops will not or do not have any prior experience with AR. I am very happy with the service here. They were quick and reasonably priced. I would recommend.
I broke down literally In front of The Carr Garage on my way to work . It was early so I called the phone # on his sign and he answered right away! He let me leave my car and he said he would look at it . A few hours later he called me back . Explained to me what he thought it might be and we went from there. My car is working awesome now . I will definitely go back with any issue I have. I enjoyed working with him and he was honest and fair. Thank you !!
