We love our new runner! The install was super smooth and the crew did an awesome job — neat, quick, and it looks amazing. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
We spent weeks just trying to get a quote. I even had to call to speak to someone else to get a response from Maggie. Waste of over a month due to the poor communication on their end.

I worked with the Carpet Workroom Summer 2024 and couldn't be happier with my experience. They installed two custom area rugs and a stair and hallway runner. I recently moved to Canton and needed to get a rug we purchased cut and bound to fit the size of our room. My preference is to use local (Canton, Norwood, Stoughton) business’. I googled and The Carpet Workroom popped up in my search. I called or emailed, not sure. Someone (turns out it was Matt) got back to me promptly - wanted to know the extent of the work needed, gave me timeline when it could be done and a price.
