Rip off
The good: My carpets turned out fantastic. They're clean, and they smell great. The not so good: The guy who came out to my house gave me a "coupon" which entitled me to 5 rooms for $159.95, which seemed pretty fair. Because I had pets, I agreed to the pet treatment for $39.95 and the scotch guard treatment for $20, which I was told was a "flat rate".
