We had a wonderful experience with The Carpet Store! Melissa was so patient as I went back and forth making decisions and even let me take samples home to be sure. She really worked with my budget and helped me feel confident in my choice. Tyler came out quickly to get measurements so we could have an accurate invoice, and he also managed the installation, which went seamlessly. Couldn’t be happier with our new flooring and carpet install! We found the exact lvp flooring we were looking for to diy and the ordering/shipping process was fast and easy. We got new carpet installed as well and are so happy with how it turned out! The entire process was seamless. Prices are great and customer service is 10/10!
Tyler and Melissa from the Carpet store were wonderful to work with. Ray installed our carpet and it looks great. From start to finish they were incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. The customer service was terrific and I was really happy about the cost too.
