These guys exceeded my expectations. I called them because another local company flaked on an appointment made two weeks prior. Without hesitation, Bruce came to the house the same day I called, picked up the five carpets to be cleaned and I received them today. They look super. Call these guys, ignore the others. They come to the outer cape lickety-split and they show up and bo beyond... for a price that is great, by the way!!
