Service was as expected (great!). We operate as an LLC and had some delays paying the invoice and they were very communicative during the process. Amazing customer service!
Great service. On time and quick clean up. Very professional and polite staff
Great company. Jordan is excellent at his craft. He was on time and very efficient. Carpets came very clean! Definitely recommend him! We now have someone that we will use over and over again. No more Zerorez!
Jordan was amazing, he really worked on my carpets to get the wear and tear out And got all the dog hair out of the sofa!
It was very easy to communicate and book an appointment with Jordan. On the appointment day, Jordan was punctual and friendly. I was expecting to have the carpet cleaning done in 1.5 hour, but in the end Jordan completed the thorough carpet cleaning quicker than that. I'm so glad to see that the food stains I was worried about got removed, and the carpet looks quite clean and new again. The payment process was also quite smooth. It's an easy process with high quality services.
