Everything was easy: booking, service time, pricing...and we're very satisfied customers. We requested 2 rooms, 1 hallway, the stairs and landing, and a large section couch cleaned for a fair price. We even asked for a 2nd hallway when they arrived and gave us a discount.
We had a fantastic experience using The Carpet Solution! We called in an emergency situation and Jordan, the owner was at our home, within an hour of our phone call. Our carpets look amazing and better than we have seen using other carpet cleaning companies!
