Very professional serviceman, on time and caring. He explained the process clearly and performed an outstanding job. Cleaned many dirty spots. All edges and corners are also cleaned properly. Looks as new.

Carpet Solutions has been cleaning my area rugs and carpets for the past 12 years, and they have consistently provided fast, friendly service and get my rugs and carpets so clean. Also, the rugs dry quickly since they use a chem-dry like cleaning product vs. water extraction, which can take days before it's truly ready to be walked on. Highly recommend!

He did the bare minimum of what you would expect of a professional carpet cleaning company, but it is not a 5-star service. There are a few reasons: 1. He didn't wear shoe covers and walked with his shoes all of over my house. Most professional carpet cleaners would've worn shoe covers. 2. There were a couple of spots in the corner I discovered after he left that weren't touched at all. I called him and asked him to come back and do it, he said he tried to clean it but couldn't.
