This is the work I received. When asked for them to come get the floor and to please refund. He said that's not possible but I can send the same guy to come "fix it". When I said I wouldn't want the same guy...The owner said he would not pay for another contacter to fix it. Well knowing of all these pictures and more in person. Plus the fact the contractor broke kitchen tiles and removed the vents and cut the floor wrong to where you can't put them back in. The owner told me to buy new vents. Stopped in to see about buying a rug. Adam was super helpful and next level customer service even though I didn't make a purchase. 10/10 recommend coming here for your flooring needs.
Very professional work and workers. This is important due to the nature of our business, and them having to work around the residents. The Carpet Shop has done flooring at both The Beehive Homes of Portales and Clovis. No Complaints, and we will work with The Carpet shop again!
Best place in town for carpet with very good installation. Fair prices and the best service. I wouldn't go anywhere else
