Absolutely life savers! 10/10 would recommend. Not only did they return our call but were pleasant to speak with and saved our client in a pinch after another business was very unprofessional and rude.
We needed the carpet on a walkway cut slightly and flattened out after we got new banisters installed, and Josh did a beautiful job more quickly than I thought possible! He also added a tack strip and fixed a threshold where we'd removed carpet to put in tile. I wasn't sure there was even enough carpet to cover the area but it looks perfect. Would recommend for any carpet repair.

My 25 year old carpet was in need of stretching. A friend recommended Josh. His website is setup so that getting prices and setting up an appoint was simple and efficient. Josh was professional, polite and did a great job. My friend told me he may record his work for his youtube channel and sure enough I heard him recording... Found out he has a huge number of subscribers and his channel is very popular... tickled to meet an influencer who is a nice guy.
