Carpet repair guys did a great job plus notified me when their ETA had changed.
From their amazing website booking and estimate system to their punctuality and service, these guys are great! Our carpet had a wrinkle in it that was quite a tripping hazard, but they stretched it out super fast and the price was reasonable. The only gripe I had was that they kept texting me or emailing me to do a review. Like I just moved to our new place, we have a bit on our plate already. Just give me some time. I don’t need a reminder every few days.
Josh was wonderful! On time, kept us informed! Neat as a pin! A true gentleman! Would use Josh anytime! Sincerely, Jack and Lenore Clark
Josh was very friendly, clear, and communicative, and did a fantastic job stretching our carpets. He put on shoe covers as soon as he arrived, explained what to expect, and got right to work. He moved our furniture using sliders and finished earlier than promised. Highly recommend!
