Fantastic service from the initial walk-in to installation and care advice. Cannot recommend The Carpet Palace enough!
We had a great experience with Carpet Palace. We needed to have our carpets stretched and smoothed out. The carpets were 20 years old. The team from Carpet Palace did a fantastic job repairing the carpets, and they now look brand new. The pricing was very fair, and we are happy to recommend them.
The employee working (an older man probably around 60-70) was very creepy towards me and made me feel very uncomfortable. Definitely do not go there alone as a women.
2nd job by this place, excellent quality, professional George the owner listens, very professional. The crew he used was so clean we did not have any garbage after the finished. They pay attention to small things. Highly recommend Thank you again
Carpet Palace was a dream to work with! When my husband and I walked in the door, we were greeted immediately by Bill who was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! He showed us options within our budget and gave us plenty of options to pick from. Installation was a couple weeks later. We had a runner on our main staircase done. The process was seamless. The job was done quickly and efficiently. George called to follow up shortly after to ensure the job met our expectations. Overall, a great experience! Thank you!!
