We needed a carpet runner for our home and stopped in at The Carpet Place in Georgetown. George was quick to help and offer suggestions. We made a decision in under 20 mins simply due to their fantastic selection. The carpet looks and feels amazing underfoot and we are beyond thrilled with our choice. April 2025 had the builder’s ceramic floors in the entrance way and powder room replaced. All tile was ordered at Carpet Palace as well as the rug. All flooring turned out beautifully and I couldn’t be happier. The cut tiles on the vents look spectacular. All workmanship is A++++. Tile and grout colours are A++++. Carpet Palace has a great range of flooring options and the staff is very knowledgeable. We were extremely happy with the instalation of the hallway flooring and the staff went out of their way to help us at each step of the process. Unfortunately, their overestimation of the flooring we needed resulted in us paying for 100 square feet of flooring we could not use or return.
These guys were amazing at the installation of the carpet in our home without a doubt I would recommend them to anyone looking to be comfortable in their home for your carpet needs. They were punctual, respectful and professional and my wife and I are very very satisfied with the price as well!!!
Went to Carpet Palace to get a quote and realized there was no reason to shop around. I just had my family room carpet replaced and from the initial sale, to organizing the install, the install itself, and then a follow up to make sure we were happy! Just amazing!!!
